GLOBALG.A.P. is a food safety system for agricultural production. It was established in order to develop common procedures and a uniform standards for Good Agricultural Practice. This is a group of requirements, the fulfillment of which ensures high quality and, above all, the safety of food produced. GLOBALG.A.P covers issues of good manufacturing practices in the use of pesticides, fertilizers, irrigation, crop techniques, hygiene harvest and during storage and transport of the finished product. The main purpose of the standard is to minimize the use of fertilizers and plant protection, and samy reduce the impact of agriculture on the environment. Implemented and certified by an independent body accredited standard is recognized both in Poland and in the world.
